1:do you charge a fee if i want to get paid through paypal check out ?

No. There is absolutely no cost to you to get paid out via PayPal !

 

2:How long does it take to process and get the results ?

Usually between 7-14 Business days. If you have not received your results within this timeframe, please contact us and we will get your order expedited.

 

3:How can i tell between the different grades ?

Typically these LCDs should be Grade A (OEM), however over time, we do tend to see more Grade B (Aftermarket) in the older generation models for iPhone LCDs.

Please contact us so we can explain to you better in the differences we look for.

 

4:do you match or beat other competitors ?

Many will use the OEM (Grade A) pricing at a higher rate but give a lower payout on the less grade levels to make up for the difference and have a substantially lower payout rate. Because of differences in testing standards and what qualifies into our grading criteria may be different than others, we do not currently match competitors.

 

5:is there a minimum order quantity required ?

No, There is no minimum quantity required to ship your buyback screens to us however, if the payout amount is less than £200 there will be a £10 shipping label fee deducted from your payout.

 

6:i want to get started, what is the first step ?

Great! First step would be to sign-up and get approved. After that you can go onto “My Account” and see the option “LCD BUYBACK PROGRAM”. Fill out the amount you want to send and click if you would like to be paid out through PayPal or internal credit for future purchases. Once you have submitted your order, you should receive an email confirmation stating your order was created and now ready to ship. In this email confirmation, it should also give you instructions on what you need to do next.

 

7:where do i ship the recycled LCD ?

Please ship your Recycled LCDs to the address below, Please make sure to indicate your company and contact information to ensure proper payout to the right account.

8:do you buy LCD’S that are non-functioning ?

No, The LCD and Digitizer must be functioning in order for the LCD to hold any value for recycle .

 

9:how do i know the results are accurate ?

We understand the recycled LCD’s are a vital part of many repair shops, this is why we request you to filter and package your recycled LCD’s in bubble and ship in a safe and secure manner to obtain the best results. Many repair shops have been paid less for their recycled or given straight bad results to the customers. Our suggestion is, ship us LCD’s which has your own stamp/sticker on each lcd.

The LCD’s which are tested grade D (Bad LCD/Digitizer) can be sent back to you which you can verify by your own stamp/sticker.

Please note that shipping is a cost for us, so we would require you to provide a label for the Grade D.

Please note we keep your Grade D for 5 business days before being disposed.
